Returning your order

Orders can be returned within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they are intact, unused and undamaged. Any amount already payed will be refunded to you. 

Return shipments which are not carfully packed or are damaged, will not be refunded. |
The shipping costs of the return shipment are normaliter for your own account, unless other arrangements apply.
 

Return policy

 Please use vooraf the contactform to register your return and include the following information: 

- your name
- the ordernumber of your order
- the name of the product you would like to return
- your bank account number and bank information neccecary to refund the amount. 

Rewturn the purchase in original condition within 14 days of recieving them to:
